Returns

Trade customers must notify Dewkes Limited of any issues or return requests within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, products must be in resalable condition, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Customized or bespoke orders are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Refunds & Credits
