Welcome to Dewkes Limited. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our trade services and form a binding agreement between you (“Trade Customer”) and Dewkes Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or otherwise using our trade services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to trade customers and posted on our trade website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your trade account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Use of Services

Trade services must be used in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes or in a manner that harms our business or infringes on others’ rights.

5. Orders and Pricing

All orders placed through our trade platform or sales team are subject to acceptance by Dewkes Limited. Prices are as stated on confirmation and may be subject to change with notice. All prices exclude VAT and shipping unless otherwise agreed.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon in advance and detailed in your trade account agreement or individual invoices. Late payments may incur interest charges and affect ongoing service.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our products, branding, and materials remain the property of Dewkes Limited. Use of our intellectual property by trade customers is limited to the extent expressly authorized.

8. SMS Marketing and Communications

By providing a phone number, you consent to receive transactional and promotional communications from us or our third-party partners related to your trade account and orders. You may opt out by contacting sales@dewkes.co.uk.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your trade account or access to services at any time with or without cause. Upon termination, outstanding payments remain due.

10. Limitation of Liability

Dewkes Limited provides products and services “as is” and disclaims all warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from trade services or products.

11. Discount Codes and Promotions

Any discount codes or promotional offers provided to trade customers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of issue and may be withdrawn or amended without prior notice.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
