Dewkes Limited Trade Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some products or services offered to our trade customers may be available as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy arrangements. This policy outlines how cancellations or changes can be managed for these purchase options.

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions provide recurring deliveries based on the agreed frequency and duration.

  • Payment details will be securely stored, and charges will be applied per the subscription schedule unless otherwise prepaid.

  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew; trade customers may cancel or modify their subscription at any time before the next scheduled delivery or renewal.

  • Cancellation or amendments can be managed via your trade account portal or by contacting your trade account manager.

Pre-orders

  • Pre-orders allow purchase of products not yet in stock or soon to be released.

  • Payment may be collected in full or as a deposit at order placement, with the balance charged upon fulfillment.

  • Partially or fully paid pre-orders can be cancelled only if the order has not yet been fulfilled.

  • Once fulfilled and shipped, pre-orders cannot be cancelled but may be subject to returns or refunds per the Trade Return & Refund Policy.

Try Before You Buy

  • Try-before-you-buy arrangements involve authorizing payment at order placement with a set trial period.

  • Trade customers will have an agreed timeframe to evaluate the products.

  • If products are not returned within the trial period, full payment will be captured.

  • Specific terms and conditions will be communicated prior to purchase.
